Vislow Resort

  1. Purchasing services from the SPA offer constitutes acceptance of the terms of these regulations.
  2. Guests can use the treatment offer during the following hours:
    Monday - Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
    Saturday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
    Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  3. Advance booking of treatments is required.
  4. Youth under 16 years old may use SPA treatments only with the consent of a legal guardian and after consultation with SPA staff.
  5. If a treatment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the Guest will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
  6. Please arrive at the SPA 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment to fill out the Consultation Card. In case of lateness, that time will be deducted from the total treatment time. If the Guest is more than 15 minutes late, SPA staff reserve the right to cancel the reservation and charge the Guest the full cost of the service.
  7. Before the treatment, each Guest will receive accessories and disposable undergarments appropriate for the selected treatment.
  8. The given treatment time is the total time the Guest spends in the treatment room from entry to exit.
  9. Please leave jewelry and mobile phones in your rooms.
  10. For your health's sake, please do not withhold information about any past illnesses, ailments, or pregnancy during the pre-treatment interviews.
  11. In certain cases, SPA staff may request a medical certificate confirming no contraindications to the treatments.
  12. The SPA is not responsible for items left on its premises.
  13. The SPA is a quiet zone; therefore, please maintain silence to allow Guests to relax and switch off mobile phones.
  14. The following are prohibited within the SPA area:
    1. smoking tobacco
    2. consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances
    3. consumption of food and beverages
    4. bringing animals.
  15. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants and those who do not adhere to generally accepted norms and rules of conduct are strictly prohibited from using SPA treatments.
  16. SPA staff have the right to refuse treatment if contraindications for performing it occur.
  17. The SPA Manager reserves the right to interrupt a treatment by staff if inappropriate Guest behavior occurs (aggression, ambiguous proposals).
  18. Persons not complying with these regulations are obliged to leave the facility without a refund of incurred costs.
  19. The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or persons under their care to the facility's equipment.
  20. We reserve the right to change the offer or opening hours of the SPA and Wellness Zone.
  21. We appreciate the reporting of any irregularities, malfunctions, and comments that may affect the operation of the SPA facility and the quality of services provided.
  22. Guests using the Pool Area and Wellness & SPA should wear rubber (non-slip) slippers and appropriate attire, observing safety rules, under penalty of no liability of the Resort for any injuries or health disorders.
  23. Guests using the saunas, pool, and jacuzzi bear full responsibility for their own safety if they do not comply with the regulations for these areas or staff recommendations.
  24. Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances acting similarly to alcohol or intoxicants may not use the Pool Area, Wellness & SPA, or recreational facilities, under penalty of no liability of the Resort for any incidents involving such a person and third parties.
  25. The wellness zone is open daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, but from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM it is available only to adults (+18). Please strictly adhere to the rules.
