Menu like the seasons? Only in harmony with nature, which decides when and with what gift to share. We are patient gourmets, so we wait with full reverence for the given vegetable/fruit to reach full flavor and then serve it on our plates. Whenever possible, we use products that have not been previously processed. Autumn is the time to celebrate the pantry, where we hide all treasures. We ferment, marinate, and cure. In winter, we seek inspiration in root vegetables, cheeses, and aged meats. In spring, we go green. In our restaurant in Wisła, it is also a time for early produce and everything that is "first." In summer, we celebrate full indulgence, starting with vegetables and ending with fruits. Ahhh, those strawberries...
We have an extensive menu, not in the number of dishes, but in the natural ingredients that the earth has to offer at the moment - we serve dishes accompanied by seasonal additions. In the menu, besides main meat and vegetarian dishes, you will also find regional Silesian cuisine dishes with a modern twist. And for those who like sweets, we offer desserts.
