I. General Conditions Respecting your right to privacy and caring for data security, we use, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL). Data collected on the www.vislow.pl website takes the form of: data voluntarily entered by the user in forms (contact details), data collected automatically by IT systems in connection with the user's visit to the websites (server log entries, IP addresses, cookies, etc.). The following technologies may be used on the www.vislow.pl website: Java, Flash, XML, PHP, DHTML, cookies.
Personal data voluntarily provided by you serves the proper implementation of your order; it will be processed for the purpose of performing a contract for accommodation/hotel/recreation/conference services or to take action at your request before concluding a contract for such services (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - GDPR) and for other purposes resulting from this Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, and processing are carried out in accordance with Polish legal regulations in this area, i.e., with the GDPR, the Act on Hotel Services and the Services of Sightseeing Guides and Tour Leaders of 29 August 1997, and the Act on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements of 24 November 2017. At the same time, we inform you that the Controller of your personal data is Vislow Resort Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Piekarska 57, 43–300 Bielsko-Biała, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000845652, REGON: 386270683, NIP: 9372728659.II. Purposes of Data Collection Obtained personal data will be processed based on Art. 6(1) of the GDPR: (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes – providing access to the website, using the contact form; (b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – handling reservations and providing services during the stay; (f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller – archiving, documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes, evidence in the event of possible claims by either party, monitoring for the security of persons and property, fire and flood protection; (a) marketing purposes, sending commercial information with consent expressed during check-in to the e-mail address or telephone number provided.
Data may also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling. Automatically collected data can be used to analyze user behavior on our website, collect demographic data, or personalize the content of our websites – in accordance with the Cookie Policy.III. Data Recipients Authorized employees of the Resort, authorized institutions specified by law, and trusted entities providing services to the Data Controller (e.g., legal, IT, marketing services) will have access to your personal data. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
IV. Guest's Rights By consenting to the processing of personal data, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify, delete or limit its processing, transfer your personal data, object to its processing, as well as profiling (Art. 21 GDPR), withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. V. Processing Period Your personal data will be stored until the end of the accommodation/hotel/recreation/conference service and the expiry of the limitation period for possible claims. If processing is based on consent, it lasts until the consent is withdrawn. If processing is necessary due to applicable law (e.g., tax law), the processing periods are determined by those regulations.
VI. Summary The obligation to provide data results from legal regulations regarding processing for the purpose of performing the service contract. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide data will prevent the Controller from performing the contract. Using the website www.vislow.pl constitutes acceptance of this privacy policy.
