The condition for the voucher to be redeemed is to make a prior reservation by phone or e-mail (by providing the voucher number) and hand over the voucher to the VISLOW service before using the services. The voucher is not redeemable for cash, and no change is paid if the voucher is not used in full. In a situation where the amount of the invoice exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining amount should be paid on the spot with a card or in cash. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
