Bathing pond

For hot days and atmospheric evenings; for mornings with a book and birdsong, for fun in the water and sweet idleness accompanied by lemonade.

SUMMER SEASON = bathing pond!

We have sun loungers and some inflatables for the water; rings, flamingos, balls, noodles. Umbrellas for rent at the reception - in case you need some shade.

What’s important?

• The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes.
• The pond level decreases as you go down, with a maximum depth of 120 cm.
• The water is filtered and regularly cleaned, and algae that appear are a result of water purity.

Bathing Pond Rules

Organizational provisions:

1. The pond is located at VISLOW Resort, in Wisła at ul. Czarne 3e.
2. The pond has varying depths, with a maximum depth of 120 cm.
3. Use of the pond is at your own risk. The resort reserves the right to temporarily disable bathing without giving a reason. The rules for the use of the pond and the rights and responsibilities of its users are regulated by these Rules.
4. The facility is equipped with a video monitoring system with camera recordings, which may be the basis for holding users accountable who do not follow the rules and instructions. The management declares that monitoring is conducted in a way that does not infringe on the personal rights and dignity of users, and the recordings are properly secured and archived.

Application of pond rules:

1. Before using the pond, users should familiarize themselves with these rules.
2. Persons on the pond premises who disturb order, good manners, create danger to other people at VISLOW Resort, or do not comply with these rules and staff instructions may be removed from VISLOW Resort.

Rules for using the pond:

1. Users of the pond are obliged to:
   - follow the instructions of VISLOW Resort staff,
   - adapt their activity plans to their own skills, fitness, and health condition,
   - exercise special caution on stones, passages, and platforms, especially when wet,
   - use pond equipment according to its intended purpose and return it to the designated place after use,
   - immediately inform VISLOW Resort staff about any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may affect their own or others' safety,
2. Children under 13 years old may only be on the pond premises under constant supervision of adults who bear full responsibility for the children and are liable for any damages caused by them. Each child under 3 years old must be supervised by at least one guardian. One guardian may supervise a maximum of three children aged 4-13 years.
3. Children under 3 must wear disposable swim diapers. It is also recommended to use neoprene pants to prevent contaminants from entering the water.
4. Forbidden:
   - diving into the water,
   - leaving children unattended,
   - littering and polluting the pond and beach area,
   - trampling and uprooting vegetation,
   - using the pond outside designated areas,
   - entering and exiting the pond outside designated places.

Responsibility:

1. Persons in water areas must exercise due care to protect their own life and health and that of others.
2. VISLOW Resort is not responsible for accidents occurring during the use of the pond.
